The Boeing CompanyBoeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Quality Multi-Family Manager to support our Final Assembly/Finished Goods Inventory (FGI) team within 787 Quality in North Charleston, South Carolina on 1st shift.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5 years of experience inspecting aircraft/aerospace parts, components, and/or assemblies for conformance with applicable drawings, specifications, quality standards, and manufacturing plans
5 years of experience leading process improvement activities that delivered measurable business results
Experience working and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives
Candidates must have at least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross-functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR have completed the Boeing internal course “Exploring Leadership
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
High School diploma or GED
3+ years of experience with workload management
5 years of experience leading teams in a formal and /or informal role
Experience working directly with internal and external suppliers
Prior military related experience
A&P license
