Position Summary

The Quality Metrics Coordinator is a key opportunity at MultiCare, facilitating quality management metrics and improvement projects. Whether you are managing data collection and integrity, or developing internal reports and presentations, this role offers you the capacity to provide expert technical support and guidance every day.

Responsibilities

  • You will perform project coordination throughout the lifecycle of project
  • You will participate in projects from the planning stage and assist in the execution of at all organizational levels
  • You will coordinate individual projects between departments involved and acts as a liaison with all MHS employees and participants of the project
  • You will facilitate coordination of multiple IT resources to accomplish a variety of support and implementation tasks

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience managing health care information/data to include workflow and process improvements utilizing LEAN concepts
  • Project management training preferred
  • Performance improvement training preferred

Pay and Benefit Expectations

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $76,710.00 - $110,365.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.
