As a Quality Advisor, you ensure project sites meet Ledcor’s quality standards by providing technical expertise, conducting inspections, and maintaining quality systems. You work both independently and alongside operations staff to make sure all work aligns with project specifications, company standards, and regulatory requirements.

You also support the implementation and continuous improvement of quality management processes, collaborating closely with project teams, subcontractors, and clients. Through your guidance and oversight, you help foster a strong culture of quality and drive consistent performance across all construction activities.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain Ledcor quality systems, inspection methods, and documentation to ensure construction activities meet project specifications, codes, and regulatory requirements

  • Conduct inspections, complete quality records and submittals, and deliver reports to project managers to keep quality information accurate and accessible

  • Identify, document, and initiate non‑conformance processes, develop inspection and test plans, and track corrective actions through resolution

  • Support cost monitoring for assigned quality activities and provide input to the quality team on financial impacts

  • Participate in developing and improving Ledcor’s quality program, review contract documents, support project quality plan creation, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

  • Coordinate QA/QC activities across project teams, provide training and guidance on quality best practices, and serve as a key point of contact for quality-related inquiries

Qualifications:

  • Four or more years of experience in quality assurance/control, ideally within the construction industry

  • Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, codes, and standards, with familiarity in frameworks such as ISO 9001 or CSA standards

  • Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documentation

  • Proficiency with quality management tools and software, supported by strong organizational and attention‑to‑detail skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across project teams

  • Strong problem‑solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues

Work Conditions:

  • This role is primarily field-based, requiring regular visits to active construction sites

  • You will work in environments that involve changing weather conditions and typical construction-site activity

  • Occasional travel to various project locations between Washington and Montana may be required

This is the expected base pay range for this role. Individual base pay will be determined based on a variety of factors including experience, knowledge, skills, education and location.
