We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Manager to join our team at our Jiangmen manufacturing plant. The Quality Manager will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance processes for injection moulded components used in automotive electric motors and actuators. This role includes managing a team of direct reports and ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance systems and processes for injection moulded components.
- Lead and manage a team of quality assurance professionals, providing guidance, training, and support.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, customer requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
- Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and supply chain, to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement.
- Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics, preparing reports and presenting findings to senior management.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal customers and other stakeholders to ensure quality expectations are met.
- Lead Cpk 2.0 and closed loop signal monitoring, data analysis & end to end Quality projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of injection molding processes and quality assurance methodologies.
- Proven leadership and team management skills, with experience managing direct reports.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in quality management systems (QMS) and tools, such as ISO 9001, Six Sigma, and Lean Manufacturing.
- Good command of English and Mandarin is preferred.
