As a Quality Lab Specialist in our North American Power Grid – Transformer (PGTR) organization, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our manufacturing processes meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Support flawless product launches through APQP processes.

  • Select and manage gages for incoming, lab, and process needs.

  • Maintain and update documented lab scope per customer requirements.

  • Coordinate internal and external calibration of all measuring and test equipment.

  • Validate equipment and gages using defined calibration intervals.

  • Train lab technicians on proper use of calibration devices.

  • Conduct Measurement System Analysis (MSA).

  • Audit external labs to ensure ISO 9001 compliance.

  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background

  • Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Metrology (CMM experience is a plus).

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Calibration (Torque, pressure, leak testing preferred).

  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and GD&T.

  • Proficient in advanced inspection, testing, and MSA.

  • Skilled in problem solving and quality core tools.
