How you’ll make an impact
1. You will cooperate with quality engineers to organize historical failure information.
2. You will attend online and offline meetings with colleagues from overseas quality teams.
3. You will support quality engineers in organizing and sorting out historical failure information.
4. You will provide daily administrative and operational support for the quality department, including document sorting, meeting arrangement, and data statistics.
5. You will be responsible for ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
6. Living Hitachi Energy’s core values safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.
Your background
1. You hold a bachelor’s degree or above, current students or fresh graduates.
2. Proficient in office software, with solid data sorting and analysis capabilities; engineering majors are preferred.
3. Good English skills in listening, speaking, reading and writing.
4. Skilled in drafting English documents and emails, participating in online & offline English meetings, and conducting face-to-face oral communication in English.
