The Commercial Quality Information Agent is responsible for creating, revising, and providing customer facing information on Agropur’s Quality Management System. The position supports quality programs in all Agropur Global business sectors to include cheese & ingredients, fresh & frozen, and fine cheese. The Quality Information Agent provides general technical product and process information when requested via questionnaires and product inquiries from external customers and internal departments.

Salary range 003: 63 000$ à 78 700$ (Salary will be determined based on skills, education, training & experience related to the position.)
What this role involves:
More specifically, the responsibilities of the Quality Information Agent:
Prepares responses to technical requests from external customers and internal departments including Marketing, Commercial, Operations and Global Quality.
Analyzes and completes customer and Agropur specification requests.
Analyzes and completes customer inquiries into Agropur’s Quality
Management System by providing standard documentation, completing questionnaires.
Completes requests in external customer websites and portals by uploading documentation for technical/quality inquiries, including product information, certifications, and quality programs.
Participates in the development of tools to improve team efficiency by reviewing and updating quality documentation, customer letters and program summaries.
Promotes information sharing and collaboration by maintaining and updating the Agropur SharePoint site and Collaboration portal.
Collaborates on a regular basis with key stakeholders including technical services, quality assurance (plant and Global), regulatory affairs, Innovation & Product Development, Procurement and Commercial Sales.
Collaborates with multiple departments in support of the change control process to create accurate product and process technical information, ensuring accuracy of customer facing documentation.
Data analysis and report generation.
Performs administrative support activities for the Agropur Quality Management System.
Participates in maintaining the requirements of quality, food safety and security.
Performs other duties as assigned to ensure the Commercial QA team is prepared and able to execute all priorities and objectives.
What you need to join our team:
Bachelor’s degree or College diploma in Food Science and Technology (FST) or another relevant related field.
Good knowledge of quality systems (HACCP, SQF, or equivalent).
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong oral and written communication skills in both French and English (English required to collaborate with colleagues in other Canadian provinces).
