Oversee and ensure the highest standards of quality throughout our production processes. This role is critical in maintaining compliance, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring that products meet both internal and external quality expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage in-process quality control activities across production lines.
- Monitor, audit, and evaluate manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement quality assurance procedures, inspection protocols, and corrective/preventive actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Engineering, Supply Chain) to resolve quality issues and drive process improvements.
- Train and mentor staff on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
- Prepare and present quality performance reports to management.
- Support root cause analysis and problem-solving initiatives for non-conformance issues.
- Ensure documentation accuracy and maintain records in line with ISO and industry standards.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in quality assurance or In- process, process control within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards, lean manufacturing, and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proven leadership ability with experience managing teams or projects.
- Attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement .presentation skills ,Outstanding
- Proficient use of all statistical and analytical methods and tools (FMEA, APQP, PPAP, 6-sixma,8D) and negotiations skills.
- Good experience in KAIZEN, Continuous Improvement Process, QCC.
- Multi-tasking skills, independent and highly responsible, proactive, good presentation skills, Outstanding
- Excellent organizational and leadership communication skills.
- Fluent in English, able to write, read and speak, international contact and travel is required.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
