As a Quality Executive, you will support the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Country Quality Management System (QMS) across Vietnam (and supporting activities for Laos and Cambodia where applicable). You will work cross-functionally with commercial, supply chain, and warehouse operations to ensure full compliance with Sanofi standards, GxP requirements, and local regulations, while fostering a strong quality culture across the organization.
Main Responsibilities
Quality Management & Compliance
- Support implementation and continuous improvement of the Country Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with Sanofi standards and local regulations.
- Promote quality culture and ensure effective communication of quality requirements across functions.
Documentation, Audits & Inspections
- Manage lifecycle of country GxP documentation, records, and data integrity using global systems.
- Support inspection readiness, regulatory inspections, self-inspections, and internal/third-party audits.
- Support deviation, CAPA, and change control processes, including follow-up actions.
Quality Risk & Performance
- Support quality risk management activities and escalation of quality events as required.
- Monitor Country Quality Performance Indicators (QPIs) and support improvement actions.
Product & Distribution Quality
- Manage product complaints and support handling of product-related quality events.
- Perform local market batch release when applicable.
- Ensure GDP/GSP compliance for warehousing, distribution, repackaging, temperature excursions, and qualification/validation activities.
Training, Projects & HSE
- Ensure completion and maintenance of GxP training and personnel qualification records.
- Support quality projects, product launches, and cross-functional initiatives.
- Comply with Sanofi Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) requirements.
About You
Education & Experience
- Pharmacist with minimum 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry (Quality, Regulatory Affairs, or related areas).
- Solid knowledge of GxP regulations, guidelines, and good practices (GMP, GSP, GDP), especially qualification and validation.
- Experience in audits, inspections, investigations, and CAPA management is an advantage.
