· Provides administrative and analytical support to the quality department
· Records data accurately and creates quality analysis reports and quality KPI’s
· Prepares both external and internal reports / KPIs
· Advanced Excel user with good all-round MS Office tools capability
· A comprehensive understanding of the components and the method of their assembly
· Maintains records and KPIs for all aspects of non-conforming material
· Managing non-conforming material recovery and the respective records and KPIs
· Supporting in all aspects of RMA
· Maintains all aspects of document registration
· Maintains and supports in all aspects of the ISO Intranet
· Assists with the preparation of ISO Documentation and document management
· Maintains files for the department
· Must be flexible in their approach to work and tasks to meet the needs of the business.
Preferred but not essential
· Previous experience working in a quality department
· Inspection experience
· Computer hardware knowledge
· ISO auditing experience or knowledge of ISO 9001 & ISO 1400
· Working knowledge of Microsoft office applications including outlook, Word, excel and Power point with strong bias towards Excel
· Excellent attention to detail. Ability to focus throughout working day
