In this role, you’ll support the Quality Operations team in maintaining product quality and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams across the business to identify and solve problems, improve processes, and ensure our products meet the highest standards.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Support day-to-day quality activities in manufacturing
Participate in investigations and root cause analysis
Contribute to process improvements and quality data analysis
Support change control, risk assessments, and documentation reviews
Collaborate in internal audits
Support validation activities under supervision
Assist with product holds and containment actions
Contribute in daily cases related to assigned project and products
Gradually contribute to certain processes as an eventually Process Owner
Leading role in contact with other Stryker sites and respectfully Stryker Divisions in quality related topics.
Dealing with quality related topics with Stryker Skawina Operations, Planning, Logistics, etc.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field
Around 2 years’ experience in a quality, manufacturing, or engineering environment
Basic knowledge of ISO 13485, GMP, and quality system regulations (preferred)
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills
Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and work as part of a collaborative team
Proficiency in English and Polish (spoken and written)
Knowledge of SAP/MES systems and Windchill will be considered an additional advantage
Salary information will be provided during the recruitment process
Travel Percentage: 10%
