We are currently looking for a Quality Engineer.

What will you do?

The Quality Engineer will support the development, implementation, and maintenance of production quality standards and documentation. Responsibilities include defining and updating quality requirements for products, monitoring production quality performance, and ensuring that procedures, work instructions, and quality files comply with the Quality System as well as customer and regulatory requirements.

How will you do it?

  • Draft, review, and update documentation within the Quality System, including procedures and work instructions.
  • Ensure that processes required by the Quality System are properly implemented and maintained.
  • Support the promotion of customer requirements throughout the organization.
  • Assist with the administration and follow‑up of Corrective Action Requests and customer complaints.
  • Participate in validation activities, testing, and evaluation of products and processes.
  • Analyze operational and test data to assess product or process performance standards.
  • Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, and cross‑functional teams to resolve quality issues.
  • Document and communicate inspection results and risks during the NPI process.
  • Develop or update production control plans.
  • Support the application of process controls, mistake‑proofing techniques, and product/process/layered audits.
  • Apply basic statistical methods such as SPC, capability studies, MSA, and data analysis.
  • Identify improvement opportunities based on data and trends.
  • Participate in internal and external audits to support regulatory and customer compliance.
  • Prepare technical reports and quality performance summaries.
  • Interpret specifications, drawings, and technical documentation.
  • Work effectively with cross‑functional teams to address operational quality challenges.

What are we looking for?

Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 1–3 years of experience in quality or manufacturing roles.
  • Knowledge of structured methodologies such as Good Engineering Practices, Quality by Design, and process control strategies.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with Manufacturing Engineers and technical teams.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) is a plus.
  • Participation in Kaizen or Six Sigma projects is desirable.
  • Fluency in English (mandatory).
  • A3/8D problem‑solving experience is a plus.
  • Basic to intermediate understanding of GD&T.
  • Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and quality engineering tools.
