As an Intern, you will work alongside experienced OPS professionals and contribute to projects that may include software development, data analytics, digital engineering tools, automation solutions, connected factory systems, cloud platforms, and process improvement initiatives.
This is an opportunity to learn how digital capabilities support business operations at scale while building foundational technical and professional skills.
This position will sit at our Santa Isabel, PR location. You must be residing in Puerto Rico during the Internship period. Relocation is not offered.
What You Will Do:
Support Quality Engineers to improve Quality Management System
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and support continuous improvement efforts
Contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing, and process standardization activities
Engage in professional development activities within the PR OPS community
What You Will Learn:
Learn Root cause and correction actions
Analyze engineering specifications
Qualifications You Must Have:
Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.
