Responsibilities / Tasks

  • Analyze existing business processes to identify improvement opportunities and deviations from standards.
  • Act as an inter‑functional facilitator to promote and implement corrective measures.
  • Track the progress of corrective actions and ensure alignment with established plans.
  • Design quality standards and processes when needed, both internally and externally (e.g., at suppliers’ sites).
  • Develop quality gate systems and define appropriate corrective actions.
  • Participate in all required meetings to ensure proper Business Unit quality governance.
  • Work autonomously with managers and supervisors to implement quality measures.
  • Manage the full claim‑handling process.

A successful Quality Engineer will demonstrate strong investigative and troubleshooting abilities, ensuring that processes and products consistently meet established quality standards.

Your Profile / Qualifications

  • Degree in Quality, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience in Quality Engineering or a similar role.
  • Experience with coding and digital tools (Power BI, Apps, SAP, etc.).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Solid project management skills.
  • English proficiency at level B2
