Responsibilities / Tasks
- Analyze existing business processes to identify improvement opportunities and deviations from standards.
- Act as an inter‑functional facilitator to promote and implement corrective measures.
- Track the progress of corrective actions and ensure alignment with established plans.
- Design quality standards and processes when needed, both internally and externally (e.g., at suppliers’ sites).
- Develop quality gate systems and define appropriate corrective actions.
- Participate in all required meetings to ensure proper Business Unit quality governance.
- Work autonomously with managers and supervisors to implement quality measures.
- Manage the full claim‑handling process.
A successful Quality Engineer will demonstrate strong investigative and troubleshooting abilities, ensuring that processes and products consistently meet established quality standards.
Your Profile / Qualifications
- Degree in Quality, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience in Quality Engineering or a similar role.
- Experience with coding and digital tools (Power BI, Apps, SAP, etc.).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Solid project management skills.
- English proficiency at level B2
