Job Description

  

We are presently seeking a seasoned Senior Quality Engineer that will be responsible for sustaining and improving our ISO9001 system, supporting manufacturing process improvements, and making a significant contribution to the strategic goal of quality improvement. This role will lead continuous efforts in meeting quality, cost, and on-time delivery while assuring customer expectations and supplier quality management.

Your responsibilities:

  • Review product deliverables

  • Create and compile the End Item Data Package for customer approval and shipment

  • Compile, analyze, and monitor data for trend analysis and implement improvement initiatives to reduce defects, scrap, and rework.

  • Lead Investigations and resolve customer quality concerns, ensuring timely and effective corrective actions.

  • Lead root cause analysis for non-conformances and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

  • Develop, and maintain the company’s Quality Management System, ISO 9001

  • Provide training, coaching, and support to staff on quality systems, procedures, and best practices

  • Maintain an audit-ready facility at all times through diligent oversight and continuous improvement initiatives

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of quality throughout the organization

  • Maintain documentation and records related to product quality, compliance, and customer requirements

  • Monitor, evaluate, and improve the effectiveness of the quality control measures

  • Lead external audits, with customers and registrars’ requirements

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of quality throughout the organization.

Your requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and regulatory compliance

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

  • 3+ years in a Senior Quality position

  • 5+ years of experience in an ISO9001 

  • 7+ years of quality experience in manufacturing or similar industry type of environments

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Please note that due to the requirements of several U.S. Government Departments, U.S. PERSONS IS REQUIRED

  • Knowledge of electronic systems is a plus

Salary Range:

$96,600.00-$128,800.000
