The Quality Documentation Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining NC/CAPA/Training systems documentation, corresponding logs, and performance metrics.

  • Serve as Training Administrator back up in ICDH training system.

  • Processing documentation requests and distribution of controlled documents, watermark-controlled forms, and related Tracking Logs to the different areas.

DESIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS – Education and Experience
 

  • Associate Degree in Business Administration or related degree, preferred.
  • A minimum of two- (2) years’ experience in a similar position in an FDA regulated environment preferred.
  • Knowledge of principles of records and information management and governmental record keeping requirements.
  • Knowledge of GMP's, FDA, ISO Standard and regulations.
  • Good communication and writing skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings and production documentation.
  • Capable of both written and verbal effective communications skills in Spanish and English.
  • Capable of managing multiple priorities and meet closely spaced, ambitious timelines.
  • Rapidly adapt to changing environment and circumstances requiring flexibility, tolerance and great sense of urgency while ensuring that all GMP requirements are met.
  • Competent in the use of computer programs (Word, Excel, etc.)

Salary Pay Range:

$12.69 - $17.79 USD Hourly

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by several factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for bonus, commission, equity or other variable compensation.
