Job Description:
The Data Analyst role ensures data accuracy and completeness of quality records. Key responsibilities include creating data quality standards, creating validation rules, monitoring and cleansing quality data, designing reports/dashboards, performing root cause analyses on data anomalies, and driving continuous improvement. They collaborate with stakeholders to maintain data integrity across systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, maintain, collect, clean, and validate quality‑related datasets from multiple systems (e.g., ERP, eQMS); includes Quality Info Record (QIR), Inspection Types, Inspection Plans, Master Inspection Characteristics, and Quality Certificates
- Ensure data accuracy and completeness in quality systems and documentation
- Analyze trends, patterns, and anomalies in quality data metrics
- Develop dashboards and reports to support quality KPIs, audits, and management reviews
- Identify opportunities to improve data collection, reporting, and quality processes
- Provide insights supporting continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean, Six Sigma, digital transformation, automation, artificial intelligence
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to implement improvements and track effectiveness
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non‑technical stakeholders

Education / Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Data Analytics, Engineering, Statistics, or related field
- 0-2 years experience in a quality, manufacturing, or data‑focused role
- Proficiency in data analysis (e.g. Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar) and presentation tools
- Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning or Quality Systems (e.g. SAP, eQMS)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Familiarity with quality systems such as ISO 9001/13485, GMP, or industry‑specific standards
- Experience with SQL, Python, or other data manipulation languages is a plus
- Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) is a plus
The estimated base salary range for the Quality Data Analyst role based in the United States of America is: $62,900 - $94,300. Should the level or location of the role change during the hiring process, the applicable base pay range may be updated accordingly. Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors including, but not limited to, an individual’s qualifications, location where the role is to be performed, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Additionally, all employees are eligible for one of our variable cash programs (bonus or commission) and eligible roles may receive equity as part of the compensation package.
