General Responsibilities
• Follows-up on quality reviews by reporting any anomaly.
• Reviews main incidents of work cells to reach a team solution.
• Assists the quality engineer by troubleshooting and determining actions in the process
• Recommends new or improved methods, procedures and quality standards.
• Supports new or improved methods, procedures and quality standards.
• Supports the reduction of quality events, through the audits in the work stations, ensuring the delivery of a product according to specifications.
• Proposes continuous improvement actions in terms of quality and efficiency of the manufacturing or inspection process.
• Controls non-conforming materials and supplier rejections.
• Supports with calibration plans of measurement equipment.
Experience / Qualifications
• Relevant work experience or knowledge of the role
• Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
• Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results
• Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
Additional Experience / Qualifications
• CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) experience preferred
• Metal fabrication experience preferred

Hourly Base Pay Range:
$20.20 - $27.78At Sensata, our employees are the key to our success and growth.
