Expected Pay Range: $21.50/hr-$22.50/hr, non-exempt
Bonus: This role may further qualify for supplemental compensation in the form of bonus and incentive programs, contingent upon achieving pre-established individual and company performance metrics.

Role Summary
The Quality Control Technician ensures our products meet internal quality standards and regulatory requirements. This role verifies product specifications, monitors food safety protocols, escalates non-conformance issues, and supports production teams in maintaining compliance and traceability.
What You’ll Do
Perform shift-based verification of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods to ensure conformance to specifications.
Identify, isolate, and escalate out-of-specification materials while collaborating with Production and the Plant Quality Manager.
Verify code dates, scale calibration, metal detection, sanitation checks, and documentation in accordance with FSMA and HACCP guidelines.
Support incident investigations, corrective actions, environmental monitoring, and continuous improvement efforts.
Train and coach operators on quality protocols, documentation accuracy, and food safety standards.
What You’ll Bring
High school diploma or equivalent.
Two or more years of manufacturing experience preferred, ideally within food or beverage production.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation.
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English; Spanish is a plus.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email systems.
