Quality Control Specialist

The Intmd Assoc Ops Support Analyst is an entry-level position responsible for providing operations support services, including but not limited to; record/documentation maintenance, storage & retrieval of records, account maintenance, and imaging in coordination with the Operations - Core Team. Additionally, the Intmd Assoc Ops Support Analyst serves as the liaison between operations staff, relationship managers, product managers, service and other internal clients. The overall objective of this role is to provide day-to-day operations quality control support in alignment with Citi Risk and Compliance regulations and policies.

Responsibilities:

  • Review production cases for accuracy and compliance according to the documentation submitted to meet guidelines.
  • Document and maintain records of process deficiencies identified during Quality Control reviews on a daily basis.
  • Assist with troubleshooting setup issues and coordinate with business teams to develop system process improvements and solutions.
  • Monitor daily quality and timelines and ensure adherence to established guidelines
  • Mentor and provide informal guidance and training to new team members.
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.


Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of relevant banking experience
  • General knowledge of Citibusiness Online and Cash Management Products and Services a plus.
  • Must possess Strong Attention-To-Detail skills and maintain high quality standards to identify deficiencies.
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task and manage workload to meet specific Quality Control timeframes and deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly effective communication (verbal & written) and analytical skills
  • Ability to exercise sound judgments
  • Be Accountable, Reliable and Dependable


Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$62,620.00 - $87,380.00
