Work Flexibility: Onsite
1st Shift: Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:30pm; OT scheduled based on business needs
What you will do:
- Perform material and component inspections
- Perform DHR Documentation Review, quality control/release testing on products and incoming quality inspections, as well as tests of raw materials as directed
- Perform dimensional and/or visual inspection to blueprints, using gauges and other reliant inspection equipment
- Identify, document, segregate, evaluate, and disposition non-conforming material
- Maintain compliance in a highly regulated environment for medical devices following Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
- Read and inspect to blueprints, drawings and/or inspection guide sheets / instructions
- Ability to communicate findings effectively in oral and written form with the aim of improving processes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with team members from areas including but not limited to Manufacturing, Procurement, Distribution, Engineering, Quality, and Regulatory Affairs
