Key Responsibilities
- Ensure product entering operations or inventory meets all design requirements by confirming dimensional characteristics, visual/cosmetic attributes, functional operation and supporting documentation review.
- Oversee manufacturing processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications. Compare measurement outputs against design requirements and determines pass/fail.
- Create and maintain quality control plans, procedures, checklists, inspection reports and other technical documents.
- Use statistical methods to analyze quality data, identify trends, and monitor process reliability.
- Lead root cause analysis for defects and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Support and conduct basic manual (surface plate and visual) inspection of parts and packaging.
Functional Knowledge
- In-depth knowledge of QC/QA principles, tools, and methodologies (SPC, Root Cause Analysis).
- Proficiency in using measurement tools, data analysis software, and relevant software.
- Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with semiconductor fabrication operations preferred.

- Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market.

- Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience; may lead small projects with manageable risks and resource requirements.
