Quality Control Analyst

Dynapower, a Sensata Technologies company, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Control Analyst to support quality, compliance, and continuous improvement across our power electronics products and manufacturing operations. In this role, you will help ensure the reliability, safety, and performance of advanced energy conversion technologies by supporting QA activities that span testing, analysis, audits, documentation, and cross-functional coordination.

You’ll lead and participate in both internal and external ISO 9001–aligned audits, investigate deviations and out-of-spec results, recommend corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and organize routine and non-routine analyses of materials, in-process components, environmental samples, and finished power electronics products. The role also includes preparing technical reports, maintaining calibration schedules, documenting test results, and communicating findings and improvement opportunities to manufacturing, engineering, and leadership teams.

The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, experience with technical documentation or testing processes in a manufacturing or engineering environment, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. General Responsibilities
• Key participant in the writing of technical reports or documents such as deviation reports, testing protocols and trend analyses
• Collaborates on out of specification failure and investigations and provides recommended corrective actions
• Organizes routine and non-routine analyses of in-process materials, raw materials, environmental samples, finished goods, or stability samples
• Collaborates with documenting analytical test results as they occur in log books and in-process test data in production dockets as required

Experience / Qualifications
• A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
• Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation
• Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results
• Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity
• Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers

Base Salary Range:

$65,300.00 - $89,760.00
