Position Summary You will join a team that ensures the quality and safety of products through reliable laboratory testing and strong collaboration with manufacturing, quality assurance, and supply partners. You will perform analytical testing, investigate deviations, and help improve lab processes. We value clear thinkers who work safely, communicate openly, and coach others. Responsibilities This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following: - Perform routine and non-routine analytical testing following approved methods and procedures. - Record and review results, prepare Certificates of Analysis, and support batch release activities. - Investigate out-of-specification results and deviations, document findings, and follow up on corrective actions. - Maintain laboratory equipment and support qualification, calibration, and preventive maintenance activities. - Follow good laboratory practices, safety rules and regulatory requirements to protect product quality and people. - Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase lab efficiency, data integrity, and reduce waste. Why You? This role is on-site in Egypt. Hybrid or remote working is not available due to laboratory and operational requirements. Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals: - Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific discipline. - Minimum of 2 to 3 years’ hands-on experience in an analytical or quality control laboratory. - Practical experience with common analytical techniques such as HPLC, UV, dissolution, titration, or wet chemistry. - Working knowledge of good manufacturing practice (GMP) and good laboratory practice (GLP). - Clear written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic to document results and work with colleagues. - Strong attention to detail, good record keeping, and basic computer skills for data entry and reporting. Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: - Experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry in a regulated environment. - Familiarity with method validation, stability testing, or instrument qualification. - Experience using laboratory information management systems (LIMS) or electronic data capture systems. - Training or exposure to data integrity principles and regulatory inspection preparedness. - Fluency in English with strong report writing skills. - Demonstrated experience in continuous improvement, lean methods, or problem-solving tools.
