Currently the Quality Assurance team is seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor to join the team and look after the PQR/CPV (Product Quality Review and Continued Process Verification) team!

As the QA Supervisor – PQR/CPV you will be responsible for the coordination, preparation, and review of PQR and CPV reports along with documentation such as Annual Reviews, Validation Protocols and Reports.

Key duties and responsibilities include:

• Ensure that Product Quality Reviews and Continued Process Verification reports for Viatris manufactured and bulk products are prepared for in accordance with local procedures and Global Policies.
• Ensure that Annual Reports, Validation Protocols and Reports are prepared in accordance with local procedures and Global Policies.
• Ensure all reports are prepared to agreed schedules and timelines to support compliance and manufacturing schedules.
• Coordinate and review all activities associated with PQR and CPV processes and ensure they are performed in accordance with local procedures
• Plan, direct, manage and facilitate work of personnel in Quality Assurance to ensure clear business objectives are defined and achieved
• Develop and maintain a competent, motivated, and engaged team through effective communications, management, recruitment, training and development
• Participate in the development of a safe and healthy workplace by complying with provided instructions and processes, taking reasonable care to ensure your own safety and health and that of others, and to report any injury, hazard or illness immediately.
• Follow and apply company policies and objectives, SOPs, GMP and health and safety requirements in completing duties, including Viatris Leadership Expectations.

To be considered for this opportunity, candidates should have:

• Tertiary qualifications in Science and/or similar;
• Previous experience in pharmaceutical industry or similar GMP environment;
• Experience managing and supervising professional level employees is highly desirable;
• High level of written and verbal communication;
• Ability to build rapport and relationships within the QA team and wider business;
• Ability to effectively manage time and managing deadlines with competing/conflicting priorities;
• Able to understand technical documents
