The Quality Assurance - Supervisor is effectively responsible for delivering business indicators (e.g, Customer Experience, Quality, Efficiencies, etc). This role is responsible for all day-to-day efforts to ensure compliance on the quality workload, achieving sampling and targets set up by the business and delivering exceptional results, play a collaborative role in growing and implementing standards and processes, employ prudence and tact in interacting with others.
What you’ll do
Manage and monitor ongoing team performance through adherence to Equifax requirements and policies, document and organize team productivity against established standards. Complete regular management reports, as required.
Maintain one-on-one and coaching meeting routines with direct reports, appropriate use of disciplinary procedures as required, analyze team production to monitor efficiency/productivity and to identify proactive opportunities for improvement/development.
Motivate, encourage, support and inspire the team to surpass their potential, create a sense of ownership within the employees and model company policies and values by ensuring compliance with company’s procedures and policies.
Contribute and resolve complex tasks, requests, escalations and issues accurately in a timely manner to offer optimal solutions. Respond accurately and timely to the on demand request from the Business Owner or Stakeholders.
Partner with key resources in the Business Units, Center of Excellence and Shared Services Center to identify potential process improvement initiatives.
Achieve the responsibilities set up by Compass methodology.
Offer viable solutions and strategies to achieve business indicators, by data analysis, decision making and innovations/transformation skills.
What experience you need
Bilingual English B2+ level, Spoken and written is a must
Completion of at least 80% of a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a Technical Degree in Quality, or a related field.
Prior professional experience working with U.S. financial regulations (e.g., in a banking, compliance, or financial services environment).
Previous experience as an Auditor or in a related quality assurance, compliance, or control function.
At least +1 year of experience as a Supervisor or in a leadership role overseeing a team or process.
