The Quality Assurance Sr Analyst tests and validates reports, applications, and databases to ensure development initiatives meet project business standards
. This role is responsible for providing estimates, developing and executing test cases, and ensuring end-to-end application testing, including requirement reviews and defect analysis .
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Test Execution & Validation: Independently perform essential QA duties, including executing complex test cases and validating data accuracy prior to production deployment
.
Deliverable Review: Review the test deliverables of teammates to ensure the standard use of tools for QA reporting and metrics
.
Requirement Analysis: Review requirements for clarity, testability, and consistency. Assist Business Analysts (BAs) in creating functional requirements by providing insight into existing processes and system capabilities
.
Project Documentation: Responsible for creating and maintaining Project Test Plans and Test Reports
.
Mentorship: Support and mentor junior QA Analysts, assisting with issue escalation and regular knowledge sharing
.
Estimation: Provide accurate project task estimations for QA efforts
.
Education & Experience
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
.
Experience: Typically 4 to 6 years (or more) of experience in IT quality assurance
.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in standard QA tools, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and experience with database/report validation
.

• Minimum of three (3) years' healthcare reimbursement experience preferred ; experience with admissions, billing, and collections preferred
• Demonstrated knowledge of insurance rules, regulations and Coordination of Benefits for federal, state, and managed care payors in multiple states preferred
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook required
