We are looking for a “Quality Assurance Specialist” to join our team in Jordan!
Responsibilities
- Perform PP meetings, in-line, and final inspections.
- Monitor fabric and trims inspections conducted at factories.
- Conduct in-line, mid, and final inspections using AQL standards.
- Evaluate all sample types (Development, Proto, Fit, Size Set, PP).
- Review garment construction, measurements, workmanship, and fitting.
- Seal PP samples for specific customers.
- Monitor production lines to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Prepare inspection reports and make Pass/Fail decisions.
- Support supplier evaluations and audits.
- Support customer claim investigations.
- Provide technical support to merchandising teams, factories, and vendors.
- Proactively communicate and escalate quality issues when necessary.
Requirements
- Experience in garment quality control and inspection procedures.
- Good knowledge of AQL and sampling methods.
- Ability to handle technical garment issues.
- Proficiency in English.
