SOTI is looking for passionate innovative undergraduates or recent graduates who are currently studying a computer science or related technical field (within academia or home-based study) to take part in our dynamic internship program.

We’re looking for a highly skilled QA responsible for integrating complex projects, testing plans, within Agile (Scrum) framework, to help validate and verify the quality of world class EMM solutions. This position offers numerous growth opportunities and the potential to have a long-lasting career with SOTI.

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop and document application test scenarios and test cases based on software requirements and technical specifications for all SOTI's product offerings.
• Create implement and maintain test coverage for SOTI's Web and Mobile applications
• Work collaboratively in an agile team with other QA Analysts, Developers, UX Designers, Product Managers and Scrum Masters
• Participate in the test execution for each sprint (Agile) or testing phase
• Analyze and document bugs and customer issues
• Prioritize testing tasks, scenarios and test cases and track and report on testing activities
• Conduct exploratory testing on SOTI's application during development
• Offer creative and innovative solutions to complex testing issues
• Follow the overall QA process improvements to ensure consistency and standardization across product lines
• Work in a collaborative, quality focused role in agile development teams to shape SOTI's product offerings

Experience You’ll Bring

• Strong analytical skills which reflect in finding good scenarios
• Troubleshoot and isolate issues, submit bugs and work with developers
• Identify areas of improvement from QA perspective and follow-up with solutions
• Participate in test automation and explore new tools to enhance test automation effort
• Assist the Sr. QA members with day-to-day testing
• Write test cases for the features assigned
• Good with any of the programming languages (C# is preferred)
• Good communication skills (Written and speaking)
• Familiarity with Microsoft Test manager, Team Foundation Server, Visual Studio, Jira
• Knowledge of security testing, performance testing, system testing, etc.
• Knowledge of Cloud technology (AWS, Azure) is an asset
• Good understanding of the OSI model and computer networking principles (TCP/IP)
• Experience with C#, Playwright

Must Have:

You're a student enrolled in either IT, Computer Science or another relevant program
