Amsterdam, The Netherlands
About the job
We are expanding our Quality Assurance Team in Amsterdam, which is currently transforming. Previously, the team partially focused on KYC for corporate and private ongoing due diligence of Dutch clients. Moving forward, the team will concentrate on quality assurance for private, corporate Dutch clients to enhance and monitor AML quality at Saxo Bank Netherlands.
As a Quality Assurance Analyst, your role will involve developing quality standards, conducting tests, identifying issues in onboarding and ODD processes, and reporting. You will collaborate with stakeholders to create policies and processes that ensure a zero-defect quality culture.
As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will manage first-line QA controls in content and process, working with fellow QA Specialists. You will provide expert advice to colleagues in other departments such as compliance, financial framework, senior management, and the business. Your findings will be used to develop improvement plans with management, acting as a professional partner in the organization. Key skills include identifying significant risks through understanding laws, (local) regulations, and business insights.
You will collaborate with AML experts on risk assessments, demonstrating decisiveness and ownership. Conduct quality assurance on CDD activities in accordance with Wwft, policies, and standards, presenting and report findings clearly and accurately, with a focus on risk management. Adaptability, decisiveness, and clear communication are essential.
In this position, you will have a large stakeholder map at our headquarter and our local offices in the Netherlands, Belgium and France.
