About the team
Our award-winning FIS Balance Sheet Manager solution enables financial institutions around the globe to quantify and mitigate risk, manage capital and the liquidity buffer, and apply risk adjusted performance measures throughout the organization to optimize their risk return profile.

Our stack is based on C# and Angular web-based applications with a fast track to a cloud-based solution forming a part of our core system.
What you will be doing
- Specialize in our software application functionality and customer IT use cases.
- Validate results from various financial risk management calculations (ALM, Credit Risk, Market Risk, Liquidity Risk, and FTP).
- Test on-premises and cloud-based risk management solutions, focusing on financial risk calculations, performance, and scalability.
- Engage closely with developers, internal stakeholders, and client-facing teams.
- Continually identify, prioritize, and advocate for software changes and the automation of "blueprint patterns" to streamline repeated processes (e.g., client onboarding, releases, patches, and upgrades).
- Contribute to the agile software development process, from the business requirement phase through testing and documentation.
- Define and execute testing strategies based on a solid understanding of client requirements.
- Support the development team and successfully manage corresponding business processes.
What you bring
Ideal candidate should bring most of the following skills:
- Understanding of Banking and Capital market products - like loans, mortgages, credit cards, deposits, bonds, derivatives - along with risk management.
- Understanding and interest in financial risk management calculations (ALM, Credit Risk, Market Risk, Liquidity Risk, FTP).
- Understanding some of the following technologies - SQL, web applications hosting, multi-tenant vs single tenant, Docker, MongoDB
- Knowledge of test automation frameworks like – Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, …
- Interest in financial applications deployment/implementation in client environments.
- Experience in software quality assurance and software performance testing.
- Understanding of 3-tier architecture of financial applications
