Meet the team:
We are looking for a passionate Quality Assurance Analyst to join our dynamic Inside Operations team.
In this position you will play a critical role in ensuring exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibility will be to assess, analyze, and enhance the quality of customer interactions and back-office operations through comprehensive evaluation processes.
Where you come in:
- Quality Assurance & Control. You will manage quality assurance and control procedures; Conduct audits to ensure compliance with procedures; Monitor processes to identify deviations
- Documentation & Reporting. You will maintain records of quality issues and resolutions; Prepare reports on quality metrics and performance; Assure that department’s documentation complies with company standards and Good Documentation Practices
- Root Cause Analysis & Problem Solving. You will investigate quality failures and complaints; Perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions
- Training & Support. You will train staff in quality procedures and best practices; Partner with Inside operations teams to promote a culture of continuous improvement and quality awareness
- Data Analysis. You will analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement; Use statistical tools to monitor process performance; Present outcomes to stakeholders in clear, actionable formats
What makes you successful:
- Fluency in English, both written and oral communication is a must.
- Experience with Quality Management System, Problem Solving and Good Documentation Practice
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand business requirements, analyze data with attention to detail, identify trends and patterns, and translate findings into actionable insights
- Proven capability to handle challenging situations with a positive attitude
- Your organizational skills are exceptional, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- You are willing to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Experience and Education Requirements:
- Typically requires a minimum of 2-4 years of related experience and a High School diploma/certificate or equivalent.

- Your primary location will be your assigned Dexcom site, but you may work part of the week from a home office. You must live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically within an hour’s commute).

Monthly base salary for this position is from €2,677.50 to €3,307.50 gross. Final offer will depend on your qualifications, competencies, and professional experience.
