Quality and Operation Manager

We’re looking for a Quality & Operation Manager to join us at Telia.

I’m Anne-Grete Johnsen Ruud, Head of Consumer Fixed Network, and I’m searching for someone ready to grow with us. We’re a supportive, forward-thinking team focused on developing, expanding and operating Telia Norway's system platforms and access network.

What you’ll do:

  • Ensure robust day-to-day operations, fault management, preventive maintenance, and performance monitoring across the fixed network.

  • Contract management and follow-up of external partners in operation and quality.

  • Drive continuous improvement in uptime, stability, and quality of service.

  • Create and align routines and processes, improve way-of-working, with the customer experience in focus.

  • Work closely with Telia Company’s NOC and Telia Norway Network to ensure the network supports business and customer requirements.

What will help you thrive in this role:

  • Deep expertise in fixed access technologies (e.g., PON, AE, HFC), transport/IP networks, and relevant protocols

  •  Good knowledge of Salesforce and other monitoring systems is an advantage

  •  Background in quality management, process improvement and implementation.

  • Analytic skills, accurate and result oriented.

  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

  • Fluent in Norwegian and English
