Audit and track applications from various regional funding sources, including all payers such as government, third-party, and private insurance. Secure funding confirmation, authorization, and, when applicable, recurring authorizations from all payers. Update regional funding bodies with changes to client profiles. Process vendor change requests for various provincial government programs. Maintain client confidence and protect Air Liquide's operations by keeping all information confidential.
Conduct administrative training for new and existing branch staff on administrative responsibilities, funding requirements, paperwork completion, and branch administration SOPs. Review and identify quality gaps and support frontline staff on administrative requirements.
Review, investigate, and correct rejected invoices from various funding bodies, including all payers (government, third-party, and private insurance), for resubmission to appropriate funding sources. If rejection results in a credit or write-off, initiate the corresponding submission and approval process.
Monitor care plans and service appointments to ensure that clinical assessments and technical visits are scheduled appropriately, as per regional funding requirements.
Audit patient information on new and recurring applications, including charts, communication notes, and private insurance. Liaise with branch staff to capture missing data and ensure the client's electronic file is accurate and complete. Keep all information confidential to maintain client confidence and protect Air Liquide's operations.
Follow up with regional branches on administrative reports relating to application approvals, rejections, invoice rejections, and accounts receivable. Conduct follow-up regional/branch meetings to review incomplete paperwork and account set-up and ensure the ability to be paid.
Communicate effectively with clients, regional referral sources, and funding sources, including all payers (government, third-party, and private insurance), to acquire any missing data required for account set-up and recurring payments.
Perform other duties as required
College Certificate or Diploma
1 – 2 years of general office experience or equivalent combination of experience and education
Proficient in Google (Word, Excel, etc.).
Strong data entry skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Previous experience dealing with funding authorities and processing necessary funding requirements
Ability to work independently as well as integrate with all levels of management.

Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualification and other job-related reasons. This job grade falls within a salary band starting at the minimum of $45,000 with opportunity for advancement.
