About the Role

We are looking for a Quality and Compliance Specialist to provide independent assurance that services meet regulatory, contractual and internal quality standards. • Monitor complaints, incidents and improvement plans

  • Support services to prepare for external inspections and audits

  • Provide advice on regulatory requirements (e.g. CQC, Ofsted)

  • Identify risks and escalate concerns where necessary

  • Analyse trends and report on quality and compliance performance

About You

You will have experience in quality, compliance or regulatory roles within health, social care, housing or the charity sector. You will be confident working independently, with strong analytical and report-writing skills, and able to build constructive relationships while maintaining objectivity.
