Position Summary You will support the Quality team in Peru to ensure product quality across manufacturing, storage and distribution. You will work closely with production, warehouse partners and quality colleagues to review records, investigate quality issues and protect product safety. Responsibilities This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following: - Review batch records, Certificates of Analysis and related documents to support compliant batch release. - Inspect incoming and repacked product attributes to confirm they meet registered specifications. - Investigate deviations, product complaints and quality notifications and support root cause analysis. - Support change control and product incident processes, ensuring timely documentation and escalation. - Monitor third-party warehouse and distribution practices to confirm correct storage and transport conditions. - Maintain quality records, manage retention samples and support continuous improvement projects. Why You? Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals - University degree or technical diploma in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology or related field, or final-year students. - Minimum 2 years’ experience in quality assurance, quality operations, manufacturing or distribution environments. - Practical knowledge of good manufacturing practices, storage and distribution practices and good documentation practices. - Experience reviewing batch records, Certificates of Analysis and managing deviations or quality notifications. - Good written and verbal communication skills for working with operations and external suppliers. - This role is on-site in Peru and requires regular presence in production, warehouse and quality areas. Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus - Previous role as a quality associate, specialist or quality technician in production or distribution. - Experience with repacking, batch release or product incident management. - Analytical thinking with high attention to detail and structured problem-solving skills. - Familiarity with electronic quality systems, SAP or similar systems and intermediate MS Office skills. - Experience training or coaching operators and warehouse staff on quality practices. - Functional English for reading and understanding technical documentation. Working arrangement This role is on-site in Peru and requires regular presence in production, warehouse and quality areas.
