Quality Analyst Summary
Provides support to production and manufacturing areas for quality questions, issues, and testing. Participates and may lead in external, internal and supplier audits. Maintains documentation on audit findings and is responsible for following up on corrective action plans and areas of nonconformance. Determines critical methods and procedures on new assignments and may coordinate activities of other personnel. May work on items of unique complexity which require a high degree of ingenuity and innovation.

Qualifications:

Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university in a related field and 3-5 years of directly related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills:
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to other employees of the organization.
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, decimals and statistics. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret graphs.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should be knowledgeable in using software conducive to presenting analytical results, such as charts, graphs, and presentations using Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc.

Salary Range:
$61,600.00-$82,100.000Pay Transparency
The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate. Actual compensation for successful candidates is carefully determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, location, education/training, work experience, key skills, and type of position.
