The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a Quality Analyst to join our team in Orlando, FL. At CACI, we specialize in the design, development, and manufacturing of complex, state-of-the-art systems for military, space, and commercial applications.  Our products include both optical and RF systems as well as sophisticated image processing & visualization systems.  CACI Orlando has a small team of highly experienced engineers and scientists who work in tight-knit groups on state-of-the-art projects while enjoying a good work-life balance.


Responsibilities:

  • Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources related to product/service quality, customer feedback, and operational performance.

  • Develop and maintain End Items Data Packages.

  • Investigate, synthesize, and aggregate data from multiple disparate sources and systems related to product build records.

  • Review test data and build records for completeness and errors. 

  • Identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for quality improvement.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., QA, Production, Engineering, Supply Chain) to implement data-driven quality initiatives.

  • Monitor compliance with internal standards and external regulations.

  • Support audits and inspections by providing accurate and timely data.

  • Create and maintain documentation on data definitions, quality standards, and reporting procedures.

  • Assist in the development and refinement of quality KPIs and benchmarks.


Qualifications:

Required: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or related experience.

  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis, MRP/ERP usage, quality assurance, or a similar role.

  • Proficiency in data systems, analysis tools and Enterprise Resource Planning (e.g., Excel, INFOR, Expandable, SAP, Tascus, etc.)

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.


Desired:

  • Experience in Aerospace and Defense

  • Knowledge of quality standards and frameworks (e.g., ISO 9001)

  • Certification in quality (e.g., Six Sigma Green Belt, ASQ Certified Quality Analyst) is a plus.

  • Strong preference for operational proficiency in INFOR and Tascus.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$45,900 - $91,700
