QMS Audit / EFQM Engineer は、Micron の品質マネジメントシステム（QMS）および European Foundation for Quality Management Model（EFQMモデル）に基づく継続的改善を推進し、顧客満足度の向上に貢献する役割です。
本ポジションは、監査・評価の計画、実施、そして改善活動を通じて Fab 全体の品質文化を強化し、業界標準に沿った品質保証体制の構築をリードします。

職務内容

• QMSおよびEFQMモデルに基づく監査プロセスを深く理解し、Fab内で効果的に展開
• 内部監査・外部監査の準備、実施、フォローアップをリードし、改善計画を策定・推進
• Fab代表としてグローバル品質組織と連携し、監査基準や評価手法の開発・改善に貢献
• 品質リスクを特定し、PCRBや関連部門と協働して適切なリスクマネジメントを実施
• 監査結果やEFQM評価に基づき、システム改善の提案を行い、継続的改善を推進

• 半導体製造プロセス、品質管理、または顧客監査のいずれかに関する基礎知識
• 日常会話レベルの日本語力（JPLT N3程度）及び日常会話程度の英語力（本ポジションでは主に海外とのチャット・メールでのやり取りが発生します。AI・翻訳ツールの併用は問題ありません）
• 学士号、またはそれと同等の教育・業界経験

Job Summary

QMS Audit / EFQM Engineer plays a key role in driving continuous improvement based on Micron’s Quality Management System (QMS) and EFQM model, contributing to enhanced customer satisfaction.In this position, you will strengthen the overall quality culture across the Fab and establish a quality assurance framework aligned with industry standards through planning, execution, and improvement of audits and evaluations.

Job Responsibilities

• Gain a deep understanding of audit processes based on QMS and EFQM model and effectively deploy them within the Fab.
• Lead the preparation, execution, and follow-up of internal and external audits, and develop and drive improvement plans.
• Collaborate with global quality organizations as the Fab representative to contribute to the development and enhancement of audit standards and evaluation methods.
• Identify quality risks and work with PCRB and related departments to implement appropriate risk management.
• Propose system improvements based on audit results and EFQM evaluations, and promote continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Requirements

[Mandatory Requirements]

• Basic knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes, quality management, or customer audits
• Daily conversational level Japanese proficiency (equivalent to JLPT N3) and daily conversational English proficiency *This position involves frequent communication with overseas teams via chat and emails, using of AI or translation tools is acceptable
• -Bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational background and/or industry experience 

[Preferred Qualifications]

• Basic understanding of QMS and the EFQM model
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams both in-person and remotely
• Strong willingness to learn continuously and a mindset for improvement
• Experience in quality audits, EFQM assessments, or other quality management–related work
• Business-level Japanese proficiency (equivalent to JLPT N2)
