About the Role
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented QLIK / Power BI Report Analyst to support data-driven decision making for high-level stakeholders within a mission-critical environment. This role requires an active TS/SCI Clearance and experience building clear, actionable dashboards, reports, and executive-level briefings. The ideal candidate brings strong data visualization skills, hands-on experience with QLIK and/or Power BI, and the ability to translate complex datasets into meaningful insights for leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, design, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using QLIK and Power BI.
Gather, analyze, and interpret complex datasets to support operational and strategic initiatives.
Prepare and deliver polished executive-level briefings, summaries, and data narratives for senior leadership and mission stakeholders.
Collaborate with analysts, program managers, and leadership to understand reporting requirements and deliver accurate, timely products.
Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across reporting platforms.
Leverage data modeling and transformation techniques to optimize reporting performance and usability.
Maintain security and compliance requirements consistent with TS/SCI-level environments.
Troubleshoot report performance issues and implement improvements.
Support ad hoc data calls, analytics tasks, and special reporting projects.
Required Qualifications
Active TS/SCI Clearance
1–3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or reporting roles.
Proficiency with QLIK, Power BI, or both.
Experience designing visualizations and briefing materials for senior or executive stakeholders.
Strong understanding of data structures, data modeling, and ETL concepts.
Ability to translate complex data into clear, concise findings for non-technical audiences.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and high attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting DoD, IC, or federal environments.
Familiarity with SQL, Python, or other data manipulation tools.
Experience developing dashboards and briefings tailored to command-level leadership or senior government officials.
Experience with QLIK scripting, DAX, Power Query, or advanced modeling techniques.
