Overview

We are looking for a focused ESD Quality Technician to manage and ensure all manufacturing areas and equipment layouts strictly comply with Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) standards across whole facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage ESD measurement devices

  • Conduct and follow up ESD Audit as plan.

  • Conduct the qualification and buy-off of new equipment and assets, ensuring they meet all ESD requirements.

  • Collaborate with the Person-in-Charge (PIC) and Process Owners to investigate the root cause of any ESD failure cases.

  • Assist in defining and verifying the effectiveness of corrective actions related to ESD failures.

  • Accurately scan, organize, and archive all completed audit checklists and supporting records.

  • other tasks assigned by QE Engineer.

Qualifications

  • Attention to detail, able to read and understand standard in English.

  • Proficiency in standard office software (excel, word, email) for reporting and communication.

  • Can use English in working

  • Willing to work overtime when needed.

  • Proven ability to work independently and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

  • "Can do" mindset

Education and Experience

  • Experience in ESD control is preferred

  • 1-3 years of experience working as a Technician in quality control or process engineering.

  • Graduate Technical background from College School
