QC Sample Coordinator

Do you have an eye for detail and want to become the go-to person for sample logistics and documentation? As we continue to expand our operations in Ghent, we are looking for a QC Sample Coordinator for our Techlane facility. 

What can you expect?

As a QC Sample Coordinator, you are responsible for sample management. You play a key role in ensuring that all samples are managed, documented, stored, and shipped correctly and compliantly. You are responsible for;  

Sample logistics & coordination 

• Preparing documents and coordinate internal and external sample shipments, including ad-hoc transports, together with the QC Support Technicians.
• Aligning inventories with ELIMS and logbooks.
• Performing period inspections and retain consolidations.
• Partnering closely with the Operations team, Logistic centre, etc.to ensure smooth sample coordination.

Documentation 

• Preparing and reviewing sample documentation.
• Initiating and support non-conformance sample investigations and manage CAPA records related to sample management.

Troubleshooting and process improvements 

• Being the point of contact in case of deviations (ex. Label issues) and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues. 
• Driving improvements in procedures and work instructions. 

Who are we looking for?

Education

• You obtained a Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.

Experience  

• You have hands-on experience in a GMP environment, preferably in quality control. 

Languages  

• You are fluent in English and/or Dutch.

• You have strong coordination skills and are able to keep an overview.
