Based in Geleen, you will be the subject matter expert for raw materials within our QC Raw Materials team. You will use your scientific knowledge to support testing strategies, solve complex issues and guide improvements. In this role, you work closely with Manufacturing, MSAT, Supply Chain and QA to keep our raw material processes robust, compliant and up to date.

Act as the QC Raw Materials expert, advising on complex issues and providing scientific problem-solving.
Support assessments of new raw materials and implementation of material specifications and testing plans.
Review, generate and approve QC documentation in line with cGMP requirements.
Represent QC Raw Materials during internal and external audits and inspections.
Identify and drive improvements within raw material processes to increase quality and efficiency.
Share knowledge across departments and support cross-functional collaboration.
Provide QC input for risk assessments, investigations and improvement projects.
Experience in QC, ideally within biotechnology or regulated raw materials testing.
Strong understanding of raw material guidelines and testing requirements.
Ability to assess complex technical issues and provide clear recommendations.
Strong communication skills, able to work effectively with many different stakeholders.
Organized, thorough and comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities.
Proactive mindset with interest in learning and improving processes.
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in a scientific discipline.
