What You'll Be Doing

  • Conduct routine sampling and testing of aggregate materials to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of test results and communicate findings to plant leadership.
  • Support continuous improvement by identifying quality trends and recommending corrective actions.
  • Operate and maintain laboratory and field testing equipment safely and effectively.
  • Collaborate with plant and production teams to ensure materials meet customer and specification requirements.

Work Environment
This role operates in both indoor laboratory settings and outdoor aggregate plant environments. The position routinely involves standing, walking on uneven surfaces, working near moving equipment, and exposure to varying weather conditions. Proper personal protective equipment (PPE) is required.
