PRIMARY FUNCTIONS主要职责
Follow and adhere to Corporate Policies on Environment Health and Safety (EHS), Integrity and Quality Management System (QMS). Fulfil requirements from EHS, Integrity and QMS in daily work.
遵从公司的环境、安全和健康(EHS),诚信和质量管理体系(QMS)等方面的政策。在日常工作中应满足EHS、诚信和QMS的要求。
Support production for microbiological environmental monitoring, and to support in-process control testings which comprise of bioburden, endotoxin and general instrumental analyses (pH, Refractive Index, etc) for samples derived from in-process control. Shift work is needed.
为支持生产的正常运行,执行环境监控;执行中间控制,包括微生物限度,内毒素和普通仪器分析(如pH,折光)。该岗位需要翻班。
Ensure that all the raw data during the testing are correctly and timely recorded.
确保测试过程中产生的数据得到准确及时地记录。
Participate in new, corporate and local projects and take part in the validation work throughout the plant, in which resources are required.
参与本工厂有资源需求的新的集团和本地的项目和验证工作。
Ensure that all assigned tasks are finished in time.
确保所有分配的工作能及时完成。
Participate in GMP documentation (SOP, Analytical methods, training modules, qualification documentations, etc) as author or as reviewer.
以作者或者审阅者身份参与GMP文档工作(包括SOP,分析方法,培训模块,确认文档等)。
Follow up own training program and train new employees in working methods.
跟进自己的培训计划并培训新员工。
Fully trained and competent in cGMP requirements that are applicable to Laboratory.
接受完备的培训以胜任cGMP在实验室方面的要求。
Assist Lab Manager/ Group Leader to ensure that all documents in Microbiology Laboratory are current, accurate and comply with cGMP.
协助实验室经理/组长确保实验室所有的文件都是现行的、正确的,并符合cGMP。
Other tasks assigned by direct leader.
其它由直接主管分配的实验室工作。
QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE资历/经验
Experience from pharmaceutical quality control laboratories and knowledge of cGMP and cGLP are desirable.
具备制药企业质量控制实验室经验和cGMP and cGLP知识。
Relevant university/college (minimum 3 years)/ /technical secondary school degree is essential.
相关的理工科大专毕业或相当学历。
Experience of aseptic technique is desirable.
具备无菌技术经验。
A good knowledge of computer and English is desirable.
具备良好的办公软件技能和英语技能。
