KBR is looking for QA/QC Engineer -To carries out technical and supervisory responsibilities based on knowledge of international standards and codes related to mechanical works in accordance with the organization’s standard.
Responsibilities:
- Can Supervise & Follow up MECHANICAL Rotating progress of works, installation & Commissioning of deferent units.
- Able to Plan & Control the inspection of all MECHANICAL Rotating works and related activities.
- With Experience in Testing & Commissioning of MECHANICAL Rotating works.
- Monitor the final inspection of completed MECHANICAL Rotating works before handling over to the Client
- Able to Review MECHANICAL Shop drawings and Vendor drawings for compliance with Contract Documents.
- Review MECHANICAL Materials submittals for compliance with Contract Documents.
- Review MECHANICAL Specifications & Calculations for conformance with Contract Documents.
- Implement the MECHANICAL Quality Assurance Plan.
- Review as built drawings of MECHANICAL works, operation & maintenance manuals and warranty
- Make sure for compliances of all safety procedures.
- Encourage reporting of unsafe acts and conditions
- Comply with all SHE procedures prior to commencement and during work.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree holder in Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance
- Strong technical understanding of maintenance jobs related to Quality assurance
- Well organized and proactive with excellent communication skills
- Proven leadership skills with large organizations
- Maturity of judgment under pressure and ability to resolve problems
- Strategic management skills
