Job Description
Evergreen Innovation Group, part of the DPR Family of Companies, is seeking a motivated QAQC Coordinator. They will bring a data-driven approach to quality for complex and technical construction projects. The QAQC Coordinator will work closely with all members of the project team. Responsibilities will include but may not be limited to the following:
Supervisory Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities
- Review submittals for coordination with respective trades and vendor requirements.
- Planning and scheduling equipment inspections that correlate with the project’s schedule.
- This is done by building a Micro schedule detailing all inspections. L2 Electrical Leads should have a basic understanding of project scheduling
- Review documentation for completeness and to identify issues.
- Ensure equipment inspections are Right-The-First-Time (RTFT) through training trade partners to align with the clients Quality program
- Issue resolution by coordination with OFCI/MOFE leads, trade partners, client, 3rd parties, vendors
- Running schedule coordination meetings with the DPR & Trade Partner Production & Quality teams to align 3rd Party inspector priorities.
- Daily field walks to ensure production is on track and to review equipment installations.
Required Skills and Abilities
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills for fostering effective relationships with teams and stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic construction environment and interacting directly with trade contractors on the jobsite.
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
- A strong work ethic and a “can do” attitude.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction quality assurance and control, preferably within advanced technology or closely related sectors.
- Strong knowledge of construction codes, standards, and specialized quality specifications for advanced technology and data centers.
- Experience with quality management software, documentation tools, and data analysis (e.g., ACC Build, Procore, Power BI, Smartsheet, Excel).
Physical Requirements
- Ability to travel as needed for on-site project management, client meetings, and field constructability reviews.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Work may require periods of standing, bending, kneeling, and lifting, as well as prolonged periods sitting at a desk working at a computer.
