Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) policies, procedures, and systems
Job Description:
Ensure all QA/QC process stages comply with established standards.
Conduct periodic reviews and evaluations to maintain process consistency and effectiveness.
Initiate, develop, and update QA/QC procedures to adapt to technological advancements and industry requirements.
Encourage team input to improve efficiency and effectiveness of procedures.
Perform routine internal audits to evaluate compliance and procedural effectiveness.
Analyze quality data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for continuous system improvement.
Design and implement periodic training programs to enhance team awareness and competence regarding quality standards.
Collaborate with other departments to implement solutions that improve quality and operational efficiency.
Job Requirement:
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Strong understanding of RCA, CAPA, GMP, GWP, and Quality Management Systems.
Minimum 5 years of experience in QA/QC within Manufacturing, Fabrication, or Services industries, with a proven track record in system improvement initiatives.
Strong analytical skills and effective communication abilities to motivate and lead teams.
Willing to be assigned to all company work locations.
