Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) policies, procedures, and systems
Job Description:
- Ensure all QA/QC process stages comply with established standards.
- Conduct periodic reviews and evaluations to maintain process consistency and effectiveness.
- Initiate, develop, and update QA/QC procedures to adapt to technological advancements and industry requirements.
- Encourage team input to improve efficiency and effectiveness of procedures.
- Perform routine internal audits to evaluate compliance and procedural effectiveness.
- Analyze quality data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for continuous system improvement.
- Design and implement periodic training programs to enhance team awareness and competence regarding quality standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to implement solutions that improve quality and operational efficiency.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of RCA, CAPA, GMP, GWP, and Quality Management Systems.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in QA/QC within Manufacturing, Fabrication, or Services industries, with a proven track record in system improvement initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills and effective communication abilities to motivate and lead teams.
- Willing to be assigned to all company work locations.
