QA & Warranty Technician - GPC Asia Pacific Brisbane

Duties Included:

• Support quality goals within the department
• Ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded
• Investigate and resolve product quality issues
• Provide timely feedback and corrective actions
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Ensure equipment is safe and operating correctly
• Keep the work area clean and organised
• Confirm parts availability before builds commence
• Complete remanufacturing tasks in line with procedures
• Perform final quality checks on all builds
• Identify and report faults or non-conformances
• Maintain remanufacturing equipment and records
• Arrange and test product samples as required
• Assess new products to ensure they meet specifications
• Review warranty data to identify trends and issues
• Inspect and assess warranty claims
• Investigate root causes and prepare claim reports
• Return parts to suppliers when further investigation is needed
